1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data Subject to Processing
During browsing on the Site, the controller may process personal data such as name, booking reference, postal address, email, telephone numbers (landline/mobile), and other elements that allow user identification (“Personal Data”).

The IT systems and software procedures of the Site collect, during their operation, some Personal Data transmitted implicitly by Internet protocols. This information is not collected to identify individuals, but could, through processing and association with third-party data, enable identification. Such data include IP addresses, domain names, URIs of requested resources, time of request, method used, size of the obtained file, numeric code of the response status, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data serve to obtain anonymous statistics on Site usage, to check correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are deleted immediately after processing. Data Voluntarily Provided by the Data Subject
By using certain Services of the Site (such as request/contact/booking forms), the user may provide Campofeliceholidays with Personal Data of third parties. In these circumstances, the user assumes the role of autonomous data controller, accepting responsibility and legal obligations. The user guarantees indemnity from any dispute or claim arising from the processing of such data in violation of the regulations. Where Personal Data of third parties are provided or processed, the user guarantees that processing occurs on a suitable legal basis in compliance with Article 6 of the Regulation.
3. Purposes of Processing
The processing, subject to consent where necessary, is carried out for the following purposes:

Fulfilment of legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
4. Legal Basis and Mandatory or Optional Nature of Processing
The legal basis for processing Personal Data for the purposes set out in points 3(a-b) is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (performance of a contract), as it is necessary to provide Services and respond to user needs. The provision of data is optional, but if not provided, it will not be possible to activate the Services offered by the Site or respond to submitted requests.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data processed by the Controller will be kept confidential and not disclosed to others, in any possible form, including their availability or simple consultation. However, they may be communicated to the Controller’s employees and certain external parties who collaborate with them. They may also be communicated, strictly as necessary, to parties who, for purposes of issuing orders or requests for information and quotations, need to supply goods and/or perform services. Lastly, they may be communicated to parties authorised to access them by virtue of laws, regulations, or EU norms. In particular, based on roles and job duties, some employees have been authorised to process personal data, within their responsibilities and in accordance with instructions given by the Controller. Such communication of data will occur following the rules laid out by Regulation EU 679/16 GDPR.

Entities, bodies, or authorities to whom data must be disclosed by law or orders from authorities;
Persons authorised by the controller to process Personal Data strictly related to the provision of Services or other purposes, bound by confidentiality or legal obligation of confidentiality (such as employees of the controller).
6. Transfers of Personal Data
Some Personal Data may be shared with recipients outside the European Economic Area. The controller ensures that processing is carried out in compliance with the Regulation, based on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another suitable legal basis. 7. Retention of Data
Personal data will be retained in accordance with legal terms and, where applicable, until a request for modification or deletion by the data subjects. Personal data will be retained and processed for the time necessary to fulfil the indicated purposes, also as directed by the Italian Data Protection Authority. Subsequently, personal data necessary for commercial and administrative management will be retained for the period established by current civil and fiscal provisions.

8. Data Subject Rights
Pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the Regulation, the user may request from the controller, at any time, access to Personal Data, rectification or erasure, objection to processing, restriction in cases provided by Article 18, or obtain data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format in cases provided by Article 20. 20. Additionally, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority) pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, should they believe the processing is contrary to current regulations.
Under Article 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and Article 6 of GDPR 679/16, the data subject may withdraw consent at any time. However, specific processing may be lawful and permitted even without consent, if necessary for the performance of a contractual obligation, a legal requirement, or the existence of a legitimate interest. The data subject may refuse to provide their personal data to the Controller. However, the provision of personal data is necessary for the correct and efficient management of the contractual relationship. Therefore, refusal to provide them may wholly or partially compromise the contractual relationship itself.
