The legal basis for processing Personal Data for the purposes set out in points 3(a-b) is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (performance of a contract), as it is necessary to provide Services and respond to user needs. Personal data processed by the Controller will be kept confidential and not disclosed to others, in any possible form, including their availability or simple consultation.
