Campofelice Holidays is a brand of the company Catella Delia, with registered office at Via Monte Bonifato 73F, 91011 Alcamo, VAT no. 02919600813, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Trapani under REA no. TP-206318.
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the company Catella Delia (hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).
The properties are let to the Guest by the Lessor at the rates and conditions published on the website https://campofeliceholidays.com/ .
The prices include: use of the property and all facilities, both internal and external, located in any case within the private property of the Lessor, all utilities (water, gas, electricity), initial cleaning (before check-in) and final cleaning (after check-out), bed linen and towels, weekly linen change for stays longer than 7 nights, tourist tax.
The prices do not include: use of the facilities at Mareluna Village (swimming pools, play areas, sports fields, etc.), meals, and anything not explicitly indicated at the time of booking.
The booking can be made by telephone, e-mail, or online booking system.
By making a booking, the Guest fully accepts these terms and conditions.
To confirm the booking, a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the stay booked is required. The balance must be paid no later than the moment of check-in.
For non-refundable rates, the full amount is due at the time of booking confirmation.
If the balance is not paid within these terms, the Lessor will cancel the booking and apply the penalties provided for.
The tourist tax is included in the price and will therefore not be requested from the Guest during the stay.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to info@campofeliceholidays.com.
In the event of cancellation, the Lessor will provide the Guest with a voucher equal to the amount paid, which can be used within 1 year from the check-in date for future bookings on Campofeliceholidays.com. This condition also applies if the booking was made with a non-refundable rate or in the case of government travel restrictions, within the duration of such restrictions.
The price does not include insurance policies for cancellation.
If the Lessor cancels the booking due to technical issues (e.g. availability error or major damage to the property such as flooding, fire, earthquake damage, etc.), the amount paid will be refunded without further compensation.
Requests to change the booking date are offered free of charge but are subject to the availability of the property. The Guest will only be required to pay the difference if the new dates involve a higher rate or an increase in the number of nights. Conversely, if the new dates result in a decrease in the booking amount, the Guest will be entitled to a voucher equal to the difference, to be used within 1 year from the check-in date for future bookings on Campofeliceholidays.com.
The price does not include cancellation insurance cover.
Any delays or changes must be communicated in advance or at least promptly.
Upon arrival, a valid identity document for each Guest must be presented for registration with the authorities.
Only guests who have been properly registered may stay.
The Guest is required to use the accommodation and its facilities with due care. Any damage caused during the stay must be promptly reported to the Lessor.
The Lessor reserves the right to charge the Guest for the costs of repair or replacement of damaged items, as well as any additional costs arising from improper use of spaces or equipment.
No more persons may stay than indicated at the time of booking. Breach of this rule will result in the immediate removal of excess persons.
Pets are allowed only with prior authorisation, to be requested at the time of booking.
Obligations:
The properties are located in rural settings where local wildlife is part of the surrounding environment. The Lessor cannot be held responsible for the possible presence of animals or insects near the properties. Such animals may be attracted by swimming pools, vegetation, or food left outdoors. It is therefore advisable to keep doors and windows closed when possible and not to leave food residues. It is also discouraged to feed wild or domestic animals present nearby.
The Guest is required to maintain proper and respectful behaviour towards the property and the neighbourhood. Correct use of indoor and outdoor spaces, furniture, and equipment is required, avoiding excessive noise or anything that may exceed normal tolerance; all activities likely to cause disturbance are also prohibited. The accommodation and all related areas must be left in a decent condition, with particular attention to rules on waste management and care of the environment.
Misconduct may lead to immediate expulsion without refund or the imposition of penalties or sums to be paid for damages caused.
It is also forbidden to organise parties or events unless previously agreed with the Lessor.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property. Breach of this ban may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Charging electric vehicles is strictly forbidden as the electrical system in the properties was not originally designed for this purpose; charging from a normal socket may cause overheating, damage to electrical systems, potential fire, or simply interruption of electricity supply. Breach of this ban may result in immediate expulsion without refund or the imposition of additional costs as penalties and/or compensation.
Any complaints must be:
Complaints must be communicated in the manner and within the time limits specified above, otherwise they will not be considered. The Guest must allow the Lessor the time strictly necessary to verify the reason for the complaint on site; if the Guest leaves the property without allowing verification, all rights to compensation or refund are forfeited. Complaints after the stay will not be considered. Compensation, if due, will be proportionate to the damage and limited to the rental price. Early departure from the property, weather events, insect or local animal bites, or interruptions to energy, gas, or water supply for reasons not attributable to the Lessor, are not valid reasons for complaint or refund.
For any disputes, the Court of Termini Imerese shall have jurisdiction in accordance with Italian law.
The parties declare that they fully accept these conditions, agreed through digital means.
